The redevelopment of a small abandoned industrial area offered the opportunity to create a new artistic, cultural, and commercial hub for the citizens: the VAL- Art Lab. Artificial Intelligence enabled the creation of three alternative scenarios in which exhibition spaces (both indoor and outdoor), conference halls, workshop and laboratory areas, cafés and bars, small retail spaces, along with a nursery, brought new life to a previously degraded and abandoned site. The same area and the same functional program were expressed in three different architectural solutions.
