“Memorial Museum – Proposal 2”

The Communities of Val d’Astico launched a participatory project to create a Diffused Memorial Museum, commemorating the Nazi massacre of April 30, 1945. The initiative combines memory with landscape regeneration, aiming to revitalize a valley long marked by depopulation. A new landmark and a network of foothill trails will connect the valley to the wider alpine system. The project aspires to honor history while attracting sustainable tourism.
